Palm City has grown over the last 9 years that we've lived here. It is definitely becoming more crowded. Some dislike this progress because it increases traffic, longer commute times, and more elbow rubbing with neighbors, but it also brings more things to do and businesses into the area. We've lived in the Stuart West community, which is gated and has large lots, so, therefore, we don't mind the development of Palm City at all.
